North Hills is a residential neighborhood in the Northeast section of El Paso, Texas.
The neighborhood is located off US-54 and is on both sides of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. The neighborhood contains mainly suburban-style housing and has predominantly middle-class income residents. North Hills has a Neighborhood Association (North Hills Neighborhood Pride Association, NHNPA).
The neighborhood is bound on the West by a levee and BLM wilderness. Beyond the BLM land is Franklin Mountains State Park. The wild desert land can never be developed and is open for hiking and biking.
